Purchaser agrees to pay any stock transfer fees associated <br /> with this agreement. <br /> S. The benefits of this agreement and the burdens hereunder <br /> shall respectively inure to and be binding upon the successors <br /> and assigns of the parties hereto. <br /> 9.
