Others: City dministrator Wurl, <br /> City Attorney Jose, Police Chief Leasman, Dir. Community Dev. Run <br /> Dir. ?arks & Rec. Stahl, City Treasurer Reason and City Clark Stahl. <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Waechak and Council approved the <br /> minutes of the April 15, 1980 meeting <br /> as presented. <br /> ENCLOSURES Councilman Carnival moved that the enclo- <br /> sures be accepted and brought up under <br /> the proper head of business. Seconded by <br /> • Councilman Domenico. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> COUNCIL ITEMS <br /> COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL Pay Estimate #4 was tabled due to the fact <br /> CONST. INC. PAY EST. #4 that the Council members did not receive <br /> CITY HALL a copy. <br /> BARNETT WATER CONTRACT Councilman Caranci moved that Council give <br /> MARSHALL LAKE authority to Mayor & City Council to sign <br /> agreement for one share of Marshall Lake <br /> for $4,000. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. <br /> Motion carried 6-0. <br /> MAYOR'S PROCLAMATION City Administrator Wurl read the Proclamatio <br /> PUBLIC WORKS WEEK proclaiming the week of May 18 through 24 <br /> as National Public Works Week in Louisville. <br /> Councilman ?Meier moved that the Proclamation <br /> be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Fauson. <br /> Motion carried 6-0. <br /> HOCHEDER ANNEXATION Councilman Carnival moved that Hocheder <br /> REQUEST Annexation Request be referred to Planning <br /> Commission for father study. Seconded by <br /> Councilman Domenico. Motion carried. <br /> Councilman Meier asked about the RL & RN <br /> Zoning how, much would be of each. <br /> Dinnis Drumm, 813 Main St. , DC & Associates <br /> representing Hocheder, stated that the <br /> exact areas haven't been decided because <br /> there has not been any negotiations with <br /> the City. <br /> Motion carried 6-0. <br /> M1NUT <br />
