City t <br /> Clerk Nudrock. am,, <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Caranci and Council approved the <br /> minutes of November 5, 1980 meeting as <br /> presented. <br /> ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Carnival moved that the items <br /> enclosed be accepted and brought up under <br /> the proper head of business. Seconded <br /> by Councilman Meier. All in favor. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL ITEMS <br /> STORER CABLE TV - LEASE All Council members had before them a <br /> AGREEMENT copy of the lease agreement. <br /> Attorney Joss advised Council this was <br /> a one year lease for shed number two <br /> of the Paclamar dairy site, consisting <br /> of 2,901 sq. ft. located at South 80th, <br /> Louisville. The amount of the lease <br /> will be $300 per month and the Storer <br /> Cable TV people are to maintain the <br /> building. Attorney Joss then asked for <br /> Council's approval to give the Parks <br /> 6 Rec. Director authority to enter into <br /> the lease agreement. <br /> APPROVAL Councilman DelPizzo moved that the <br /> Director of Parks and Rec. be authorized <br /> to enter into the lease agreement with <br /> Storer Cable TV. Seconded by Council- <br /> man Domenico. Question called for. <br /> All in favor. Motion carried 6.0. <br /> COLACCI'S LIQUOR LICENSE Attorney Joss reported that the appli- <br /> RENEWAL APPROVAL cation was in order. Councilman Cum- <br /> mings moved that Colacci's liquor license <br /> be renewed. Seconded by Councilman Meier. <br /> Motion carried 6-0. <br /> PASQUALE'S LIQUOR LICENSE Attorney Joss reported that the appli- <br /> RENEWAL APPROVAL cation was in order.
