In the past previous elections they were the Middle School, the Community Building and the Elementary School. We are suggesting this time we use the Middle School, the Community Building and the City Hall(for Ward 3) . F. Ordinance #109 - Homan Church Annexation - 1st Reading Set Date for Public Hearing. Enclosed in the packet is a resolution from Planning Com- mission and their recommendation. The suggested date for the Public Hearing is January 20, 1981. G. Ordinance #710 - Homan Church Zoning • 1st Reading Set Date for Public Hearing. The suggested date for the Public Hearing is January 20, 1981. H. Resolution #38 - Louisville Development Corp. The Resolution was recommended by the Louisville Develop- ment Corp. and the Community Development staff I. Resolution #39 - Adopting Personnel Code Changes. From time to time we have submitted to Council department and city employees proposed changes. We now have the finalized changes, and are being submitted to Council for formal adoption. J. Ordinance #708 - Revamping and Clarifying Administration Code - 1st Reading Several sections of the administration code are out-dated. The wording has been revamped and clari- fied. We are submitting the final form and ars requesting Council's approval of Ordinance #708. Item 7. City Administrators Report A. Pay Day - Proposed Change. Sometime ago we polled the city employees to see if the major- ity of then preferred to be paid every two weeks, rather than twice a month. It obvioualy would not necessitate any salary changes it would simply give them two extra pay days during the year, with lesser amounts per pay day. B. Sign Code Report - Director of Community Development John Rupp will give a report on the sign code status at the meeting.
