Resolution #38 - Louisville Development Corp. <br /> The Resolution was recommended by the Louisville Develop- <br /> ment Corp. and the Community Development staff <br /> I. Resolution #39 - Adopting Personnel Code Changes. <br /> From time to time we have submitted to Council department <br /> and city employees proposed changes. We now have the <br /> finalized changes, and are being submitted to Council <br /> for formal adoption. <br /> J. Ordinance #708 - Revamping and Clarifying Administration <br /> Code - 1st Reading Several sections of the administration <br /> code are out-dated. The wording has been revamped and clari- <br /> fied. We are submitting the final form and ars requesting <br /> Council's approval of Ordinance #708. <br /> Item 7. City Administrators Report <br /> A. Pay Day - Proposed Change. <br /> Sometime ago we polled the city employees to see if the major- <br /> ity of then preferred to be paid every two weeks, rather <br /> than twice a month. It obvioualy would not necessitate any <br /> salary changes it would simply give them two extra pay days <br /> during the year, with lesser amounts per pay day. <br /> B. Sign Code Report - Director of Community Development <br /> John Rupp will give a report on the sign code status at <br /> the meeting. <br />
