Page - 2 -
January 20, 1981
C. Ordinance #711 - Speed Limit Lafayette St. - 2nd Reading
Information enclosed.
D. Ordinance #7I2 - Industrial Revenue Bonds - 2nd Reading
This is for the medical center at Garfield and South Boulder
Road owned by Charles Bellock.
E. Resolution #1 - Series 1981 - State Lottery.
Our Parks and Rec. people have asked that Council approve
this resolution, which will be sent on to the State reflec-
ting our support of the lottery as well as stating we prefer
the money go to Parks and Rec. facilities.
F. Resolution #2 - Series 1981 - Village Final Planned
Unit Development. The information is enclosed, also the
recommendation of Planning Commission which is favorable.
G. Resolution #3 - Series 1981 - Opposing Bcul:er Valley
Camp Plan Expansion. Enclosed is a small map reflecting
the area that they want to add. Their first consideration
was the SDC site of 475 acres, and they have now expanded
that to 2500+ acres. What concerns me is that they are
coming over in the Coal Creek Basin and part of the area
that they want to include in their planning area is where
our Coal Creek project would be located. I feel very strongly
that our City ought to go on record opposing that expansion.
Item 7. City Administrator's Report
A. City of Lafayette - Proposed Water Line Interconnection.
Enclosed is a letter from the City Manager requesting that
we consider that. Also, dnclosed is a letter from our City
Engineer relative to that subject. It was my feeling Council
ought to review that and give us some direction before we
spend any money or any great amount of staff time trying to
work the project out.
B. Street Lighting - Report.
Item 8. Council Comments & Committee Reports
Item 9. Approval of the Bills
Item 10. Adjournment
