Also present were City Mininistrator Wurl, City <br /> Attorney Jose, City Treasurer Hasson, Director of Community Development <br /> Rupp, Police Chief Leeman, Director of Parks and Rec. Bioco,lingineer Blanchard, and City Clerk Stahl. <br /> ACC*PT,ANCZ OF MINUTES Mayor Caranci and Council approved the <br /> minutes of January 6, 1981 as presented. <br /> COUNCIL ITEMS All members of Council had copies of <br /> LIBRARY BOARD .- letters from people who had applied. <br /> 2 APPOINTS Mayor Caranci inquired if Council wished <br /> to have a secret ballot or appoint two <br /> members. Letters were received from <br /> Barbara McKee of 1045 LaFarge Ave. Carolyn <br /> Conarroc, 1131 Jefferson Ave. and Joseph <br /> D. McInerney, 238 M parch. <br /> SANDRA RICHMOND - REAPPOINT- Councilman Carnival moved that Sandra <br /> 1 K1 Richmond be reappointed to the Library <br /> Board for a 5-year taro. Seconded by <br /> Councilman Domenico. Question called <br /> for. All in favor. Notion carried 6-0. <br /> BARBARA MCKEE - APPOINTMENT- Councilman DelPizzo moved that Barbara Mc- <br /> Kee be appointed to the Library Board to <br /> fill the unexpired term of Janine Randall <br /> to expire in - January 1985. Seconded by <br /> Councilman Meier. <br /> Councilman Fauson moved that Carolyn Conarroe <br /> be appointed to the Library Board. Seconded <br /> by Councilman Domenico. <br /> At this time Mayor Caranci requested a <br /> secret ballot be taken. <br /> Councilman Domenico requested that when <br /> appointments are made to various boards <br /> be would like to have the applicants <br /> present. <br /> City Clerk Stahl read the secret ballot <br /> 4 votes Barbara McKee <br /> 2 votes Carolyn Connaroe <br /> Barbara Mcrae appointed to the Library <br /> Board. <br /> f/iYrES <br />
