•
!D Page - 2 -
As you know this public hearing has been continued at
the request of the WO people. They now are requesting
Council's consideration. A copy of the agreement as nego-
tiated and approved by the staff is enclosed, also other
pertinent information.
D. Ordinance #714 - BSCS Zoning, 2nd Reading, Public Hearing.
Once again this matter has been deferred along with the
annexation ordinance and is ready now for Council's con-
sideration
C. Ordinance #717 - Staggered Terms - City Council, 2nd Reading
For your consideration on second reading.
D. Ordinance #718 - Updating Louisville Municipal Code, Titles
1 thru 9 - 2nd Reading.
E. The cars are now ready to be picked up
and we have solicited quotes on the lease costs. A
copy of the memo is enclosed. We are recommending that
Council accept the low quote of Merit Leasing Co.
B. Jacobs - Kahan - Land & Building Lease
The present leases on the buildings at Paclamar as well
as the grazing leases are up for renewal. We leased both
the grazing property and these buildings to Jacobs - Kahan
last time, who in turn are honoring leases that they had
since they owned the property. If you recall the reason
we chose to go this rout. was that it was much simpler for
us to lease the grazing land back to them rather than try
to leas. it to different people, mix up livestock - try to
deal with fencing the property, etc. It just seemed much
easier to lease it to them and they sub-lease it.
C. Administrative Approval Procedures. - Approval.
As requested by Council, John Rupp has prepared an outline
of the procedures that he intends to follow in dealing with
