CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT City Attorney Joe, read the ordinance by BSCS ANNEXATION 2ND READING title only and certified proper publication. PUBLIC NEARING CONTINUANCE Director Rupp advised Council this was a 14 acre parcel and showed a slide presen- tation of the area north of South Boulder Road near the top of Mesa. The slides shown depicted the character and style of the buildings, and the area adjacent to the property, i.e. Conttnential View Subdivision, Louisville Reservoir to the north, to the east the Mormon Church pro- perty and the RM parcel, adjacent to Mesa Point, presently undeveloped and proposed for Townhouses. As a part of the annexa- tion agreement the open space and trails system was shown. The map showed Public Service's r-o-w on the east side of the property and carried Office zoning, the open space area was 12% land dedication that staff was requesting. Part of the open space will be used for drainage, protection for the Louisville Reservoir and for the open space trail system. The last slide showed the proposed master plan for BSCS - the one existing building and sometime in the future proposed build- ings. After the slide presentation he advised Council, staff, city attorney, and appli- cant had reached an agreement on the annex- ation, and staff recommended approval of the annexation and office zoning.
