. . REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL JUNE 16 111 Mayor Caranci called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.H. with the following Council members present: Fauson, Cummings, DelPisso. Brown, and Dodanico. • Absent: Meier. Also present were City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Joss, City Treasurer Hasson, Director of Community Development Rupp. Police Chief Leesman, Director of Community Services Rioco, Chief Accountant Caranci, and Acting City Clerk t1udrock. ACCEPTANCE OF *MINUTES Mayor Caranci and Council approved the minutes of the regular meeting of June 2. 1981 as presented. ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved that the items en- closed be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Seconded by . the Domenico. ' Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS Mayor Caranci opened the public hearing AMERICAN LEGION SPECIAL EVENTS and inquired of Attorney Joss if the LIQUOR LICENSE - PUBLIC HEARING application was in order. Attorney Joss advised that it was and that the American Legion Special Events application was for two separate dates for a full liquor license for July 17. 1981 from 6:00 P.M. until 2:00 AM. and August 14, 1981 for the sae time; also that proper posting had been made at 1340 Main St. Mayor Caranci asked if there was anyone in the audience supporting the application. None. Anyone opposing the application. None. No remarks from Council. He then closed the public hearing. APPROVAL Councilman Cummings moved that the special • events liquor license for the American Legion be approved as presented. Seconded by Coun- cilman Fauson. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. NEW PATROLMEN Police Chief Leeaman introduced four new patrolmen to Mayor, Council and city staff.
