Attorney Rauten- <br /> straus stated the .otdinance had been published <br /> in full in the Louisville Times July 22, <br /> 1981 properly, and road the ordinance by <br /> title only. <br /> ADOPTION Councilman DelPizzo moved that Ordinance <br /> #725 - Water Bonds be adopted. Seconded <br /> by Councilman Brown. <br /> Councilman Meier Inquired of Adminetrator Wurl if there <br /> would be a study session regarding the <br /> repayment of the bond. <br /> He advised there would be. <br /> Roll Call vote: <br /> Brown Yes <br /> DelPizzo Yes <br /> Meier Yes <br /> Cummings Yes <br /> Fauson Yes <br /> Domenico Yea <br /> Motion carried 6-0. <br /> ORDINANCE #727 - WATER TAP Each member of council had a copy of the <br /> POINT SYSTEM - 1ST READING ordinance before him. Attorney Rautenstrau.s <br /> advised staff was asking authorization for <br /> publication and read the ordinance by title <br /> only. <br /> Councilman Cummings Inquired why the 3/4" tap fee was not in- <br /> creased and noted that the 1" tap fee was <br /> increased. <br /> Administrator Wurl explained the 1" tap was <br /> increased to equalize the amount of water <br /> available, but according to the point system <br /> the 3/4" tap fee did not need to be adjusted. <br /> Councilman DelPizzo Inquired if the condomium units would each <br /> have a water meter since they will be indi- <br /> vidually owned. <br /> Administrator Wurl they advised either vay <br /> was appropriate - if a master meter was <br /> installed it would be billed to the Condo- <br /> minium Association. <br />
