REORGANIZATIONAL MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL JANUARY 111 1982 <br /> Mayor Caranci called the meeting to order at 7 :30 P.M. M. ,.T. with the <br /> following Council members present: Fauson, Cummings, Brown, Meier, and <br /> Domenico. Councilman DelPizzo arrived at 7 :45 P.M. Also present were <br /> Councilmenbers elect: Ferrero, Cussen, Leary and Morris. City Adminietra- <br /> tor Wurl, City Attorney Rautenstraus, Director of Community Development <br /> Rupp, Director of Community Services lioco, Director of Public Safety Lees- <br /> man, Chief Accountant Caranci, City Engineer Blanchard, City Treasurer Hesston, <br /> and Acting City Clerk Mudrock. <br /> SINE DIE Councilman Fauson moved that Council Sine <br /> Die. Seconded by Councilman Meier. -Question <br /> called for. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> Mayor Elect Meier called for a 2-minute <br /> recess to seat the new members of Council. <br /> SWEARING IN CEREMONIES Municipal Judge Enrietto read the oath of <br /> office, which was repeated by Mayor Meier, <br /> City Treasurer Hesson and City Clerk Mudrock. <br /> COUNCILMEMBERS He then called all members of Council to <br /> come forward and administered the oath of <br /> office to them. <br /> SEATING ARRANGMENT Mayor Meier announced the seating arrange- <br /> ment from his right to left of the council <br /> table City Clerk Cleo Mudrock, Councilmen <br /> Herman Fauson, Dennis Ferrera, Don Cummings, <br /> Leon Wurl, City Administrator, Mayor Meier, <br /> City Attorney, Susan Morris , City Council- <br /> woman, Michael Cussen, Councilman. John <br /> Leary, Councilman and City Treasurer Bill <br /> Hesston. <br /> PRESENTATION OF GAVEL Mr. David Meier, father of Mayor Norbert <br /> Meier presented a gavel to him for his first <br /> meeting. <br /> OATHS OF OFFICE Each newly elected person signed the <br /> Oath of Office. <br /> CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL Mayor Meier called the meeting to order <br /> and City Clerk Mudrock called the roll with <br /> everyone present. <br /> ITEMS ENC1.OSFh Cc;:,ei ilwau Fauson moved that the items en- <br /> closed be accepted and brought up under the <br /> proper head of business.
