Frank Varra - Water Tap Request <br /> Enclosed is a copy of the letter from Mr. Varra for a water <br /> tap. City ordinance requires that City Council approve all <br /> requests for out-of-town water service. <br /> B. Rockmont Industries - Utilities Request <br /> Rockmont Industries has a contract on a piece of land de- <br /> picted on the enclosed nap. They are quite some distance <br /> from utilities . Their request is, in the event they are <br /> able to acquire the property, would Council authorize them <br /> to utilize the private water well as their source of water , <br /> and a ceptic tank for their wastewater requirements. <br /> C. Housing Authority - Reappointment Vera Taylor <br /> Enclosed is a copy of a letter from Vera Taylor requesting <br /> reappointment to the Housing Authority Board. <br /> D. D.R.C.O.G. - Select Population Senario <br /> At the last meeting, Council indicated they would select <br /> the eenario that would represent Louisville's feelings , <br /> as they will be voted on at the DRCOG meeting of March 17th. <br /> Enclosed is a memorandum from John Rung; nfrP' nr of Com- <br /> munity Dwvelupment relating to this. <br /> Item 6. Items from people in attendance not appearing on the agenda. <br /> Item 7. City Attorney's Report <br /> A. Ordinance #753 - Oil and Gas Permits and Controls - 2nd <br /> Reading. <br />
