410 REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL MARCH 2, 1982 The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main St. , Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. M.S.T. There being present at the call of the roll the following persons: COUNCILMEMBERS: John Leary, Michael Cusssn, Susan Morris Don Cummings, and Harman Fauson ABSENT: Dennis Ferrara ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney William Hesson, City Treasurer John Rupp, Director of Community Development August Hioco, Director of Community Services David Blanchard, City Engineer Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety Sharon Caranci, Chief Accountant John Lanterman, Planner Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Councilman Cummings moved, Councilwoman Morris seconded the minutes be accepted as presented and placed on file. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Cummings seconded the items enclosed by accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the form PASQUALE'S REQUEST was in order and the new manager - Andrew AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY R. McCain had filed his individual history CLERK TO SIGN FORM form previously and was a member of the corporation. Also a public hearing was not required for the change in managership.
