410 <br /> REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL MARCH 2, 1982 <br /> The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the <br /> Council Chambers, 749 Main St. , Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier called the <br /> meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. M.S.T. There being present at the call of <br /> the roll the following persons: <br /> COUNCILMEMBERS: John Leary, Michael Cusssn, Susan Morris <br /> Don Cummings, and Harman Fauson <br /> ABSENT: Dennis Ferrara <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator <br /> Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br /> William Hesson, City Treasurer <br /> John Rupp, Director of Community Development <br /> August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br /> David Blanchard, City Engineer <br /> Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br /> Sharon Caranci, Chief Accountant <br /> John Lanterman, Planner <br /> Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Councilman Cummings moved, Councilwoman <br /> Morris seconded the minutes be accepted <br /> as presented and placed on file. Question <br /> called for. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Cummings <br /> seconded the items enclosed by accepted <br /> and brought up under the proper head of <br /> business. Question called for. All in <br /> favor. Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL ITEMS Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the form <br /> PASQUALE'S REQUEST was in order and the new manager - Andrew <br /> AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY R. McCain had filed his individual history <br /> CLERK TO SIGN FORM form previously and was a member of the <br /> corporation. Also a public hearing was <br /> not required for the change in managership. <br /> APPROVAL Councilman Cummings moved, Councilman Fauson <br /> seconded the Mayor and city clerk be authorized <br /> to sigti Liw many er's registration form. <br /> Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br /> carried 6-0. <br /> AMERICAN LEGION - LIQUOR Attorney Rautenstraus advised that the ap- <br /> LICENSE APPLICATION - SPECIAL plications were in order and suggested the <br /> EVENTS, SET DATE FOR PUBLIC public hearing be set for April 6, 1982. <br /> HEARING <br /> ts1 <br />
