Mayor Meier called <br /> the meeting to order at 7:30 P.K. K.S.T. Chief Accountant <br /> Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF THE MINUTES Mayor Meier requested a correction be <br /> CORRECTIONS made on page 6 by adding the date April <br /> 17, 1982 for the Arbor Day celebration. <br /> Councilwoman Morris requested on page <br /> 4 misinterpreted should read misinterpreted <br /> as favoring oil and gas drilling within the <br /> City, etc. and this correction be made. <br /> Mayor and Council accepted the minutes <br /> of the regular meeting of March 16, 1982 <br /> as corrected. <br /> ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Cum- <br /> mings seconded the items enclosed be accepted <br /> and brought up under the proper head of <br /> business. Question called for. All in <br /> favor. Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL ITEMS Mayor Meier requested a change in the order <br /> CHANGE IN ORDER OF AGENDA of council items - 7D first ,- Mayor's Proc- <br /> lamation - Vietnam Veterans Weekend, second <br /> 5A - Neodata Request, third 7F - Resolution <br /> #13 - Inducement Industrial Revenue Bonds <br /> Neodata. <br /> MAYOR'S PROCLAMATION - Mayor Meier read the proclamation in its <br /> VIETNAM VETERANS WEEKEND entirety. <br /> Bill Bradley accepted the proclamation on <br /> behalf of the Vietnam Veterans and their <br /> families and expressed his graditude to <br /> the Mayor and Councilmembers. <br /> NEODATA REQUEST - AMEND ANNEX- Administrator Wuxi. introduced Ken Taniguchi, <br /> ATION AGREEMENT Architect for the Neodata project. <br /> un <br />
