Mayor's Proclamation- Public Works Week. <br /> We also intend to have in attendance at the Council meeting, those <br /> people that work in the Public Works Dept. and intend to have <br /> them introduced and be recognized in this week set aside for <br /> public works people, who by the way are a very important aspect <br /> of the city's operation. <br /> B. Ordinance #759 - Water and Wastewater Tap Fee Increase. <br /> 2nd Reading - Public Hearing. <br /> As per Council a suggestion, we developed a flier, a copy of <br /> which was printed in the Louisville Times and copies were dis- <br /> tributed to every residence in the City, also the commercial <br /> and industrial users. This relates not only to the tap fee <br /> increases but also the next item on the agenda - the water and <br /> wastewater rate increases. <br /> C. Ordinance #760 - Water and Wastewater Rate Increases. <br /> 2nd Reading - Public Hearing. <br /> As I explained above the public hearing was widely publicized <br /> by distribution of the flier. <br /> D. Resolution #18 - Church of the Latter Day Saints - Special <br /> Review Use. <br /> Enclosed is the information relating to this , also a copy of <br /> the resolution recommending approval by the Planning Commission. <br /> E. Resolution #19 - Track Inn - Special Review Use <br /> This information is enclosed as well as the resolution reflecting <br /> approval of the Planning Commission. <br /> F. Resolution #20 - Lohman (Formerly Turks) - Special Review Use. <br /> The information relating to this is enclosed and a copy of the <br /> resolution reflecting the approval and recommendation of the <br /> Planning Commission. <br /> Item 8. City Administrator's Report <br /> A. Superior Wastewater Service Agreement - Approval <br /> Previously copies were distributed of the agreement as it was <br /> negotiated at that point. This agreement actually received formal <br /> approval of the Council , the only thing that has been changed_is the <br /> initial numbers of the taps; the previous number was 95. There <br /> was a miscount by the Superior officials, the actual initial numbers <br /> tapping on is 105. We are asking Council to approve that segment, <br /> and request Council's approval for the Mayor and Clerk to sign the <br /> agreement. <br />
