Comprehensive Plan Amendments <br /> Enclosed is the information relating to the proposed amendments <br /> to the Comprehensive Plan Which are being sent along for your <br /> review; and will also be reviewed by the Planning Commission, at <br /> their June 8th meeting. We are contemplating action by the Council <br /> on the Coup Plan amendments either at your second meeting in June <br /> or the first Council meeting in July. <br /> B. Richard Suitts - Water Purchase Agreement, one share of Howard <br /> Water. We have been negotiating with Mr. Suitts for the acquisi- <br /> tion of this one share of Howard which is one of the few remaining <br /> shares of this early right available. <br /> C. Water Brokers Inc - Water purchase agreement on 12 shares of <br /> Marshall Lake Water. <br /> D. Water Brokers Inc. - Water purchase agreement on 214 shares of <br /> Marshall Lake Water. On all of these water purchase agreements <br /> we are recommending that the Council authorize the Mayor and the Clerk <br /> to sign and we will proceed as soon as the bond money is available <br /> to acquire these on behalf of the City. <br /> Item 6.
