Comp Plan Amendments - Discussion b set date for public hearing. At the last meeting the council requested that this be placed on the agenda for discussion at this meeting and that the date would be set for a public hearing. The date suggested at the last meeting was your meeting of July 6, 1982. S. H.U.D. Family Housing Project - Request to waive additional fees. The Housing Authority is requesting that the Council waive two fees that you did not waive the last time they were be- fore Council . What they are requesting now it, that Council waive the Service Expansion Fee charges and the Land Check Fee charges . A copy of a memo from John Rupp is enclosed depicting exactly what amounts they are requesting. C. American Legion Request - Fireworks Display. Bob Ross will be in attendance at the meeting to request Council's approval for the annual fireworks display put on by the Legion on July 4th. D. Community Building - Cost Estimate for Repairs Mayor Meier requested at the last meeting that an up-dated esti- mate be developed and consideration be given to Council author- izing that work. There was some concern that the money shouldn't come out of the open space maintenance fund. It looks as though we will be able to fund that out of the City's Capital Improve- ment Fund. We have accumulated sufficient revenues in this fund to proceed with this project. That particular fund was es- tablished many years ago to provide money for improvements to City buildings.
