• REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL JUNE 1, 1982 The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the Council Chambers . 749 Main St . , Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. M.D.S.T. There being present at the call of the roll the following persons: COUNCILMEMBERS: Herman Fauson, Dennis Ferrera, Susan Morris, Michael Cusaen and John Leary ABSENT: Donald Cummings ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney William Hasson. City Treasurer John Rupp, Director of Community Development August Htoco, Director of Community Services David Blanchard, City ngineer Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk ABSENT: Sharon Caranci , Chief Accountant APPROVAL OF MINUTES Mayor and Councilmembers approved the minutes of the regular meeting of May 18. 1982 as presented. ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved , Councilman Ferrera seconded that the items enclosed be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business . Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. COUNCIL ITEMS Each councilmember had a copy of proposed COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENTS amendments. Director Rupp advised this copy was a version of what had been edited, corrected, and had the input of both Planning Commission and Councilmembers, also the amendments and suggested changes in the development plan map. He advised they were complying with the ord- inance that stated the amendments to the comp plan would come before Council by June 1st. Rupp inquired if Council wished to proceed with the Public Hearing schedule. The basic format of the comp plan includes the overall purpose of the plan, development of a plan for all the streets in Louisville, goals and policies that were reviewed, and later will be preparing detailed plan elements and the use for those elements.
