• <br /> REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL JUNE 1, 1982 <br /> The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the <br /> Council Chambers . 749 Main St . , Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier called <br /> the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. M.D.S.T. There being present at the call <br /> of the roll the following persons: <br /> COUNCILMEMBERS: Herman Fauson, Dennis Ferrera, Susan Morris, <br /> Michael Cusaen and John Leary <br /> ABSENT: Donald Cummings <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator <br /> Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br /> William Hasson. City Treasurer <br /> John Rupp, Director of Community Development <br /> August Htoco, Director of Community Services <br /> David Blanchard, City ngineer <br /> Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br /> Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br /> ABSENT: Sharon Caranci , Chief Accountant <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES Mayor and Councilmembers approved the <br /> minutes of the regular meeting of May 18. <br /> 1982 as presented. <br /> ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved , Councilman Ferrera <br /> seconded that the items enclosed be accepted <br /> and brought up under the proper head of <br /> business . Question called for. All in favor. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> COUNCIL ITEMS Each councilmember had a copy of proposed <br /> COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENTS amendments. <br /> Director Rupp advised this copy was a version <br /> of what had been edited, corrected, and had <br /> the input of both Planning Commission and <br /> Councilmembers, also the amendments and <br /> suggested changes in the development plan map. <br /> He advised they were complying with the ord- <br /> inance that stated the amendments to the comp <br /> plan would come before Council by June 1st. <br /> Rupp inquired if Council wished to proceed <br /> with the Public Hearing schedule. The basic <br /> format of the comp plan includes the overall <br /> purpose of the plan, development of a plan <br /> for all the streets in Louisville, goals and <br /> policies that were reviewed, and later will <br /> be preparing detailed plan elements and the <br /> use for those elements. <br /> "1/yZCI,S <br /> ;oar, <br />
