Motion carried unanimously.
City Administrator' s Report: Director Hioco had distributed copies
of a memo to all council members relative
to park permits. Wurl stated he had
authority under the ordinance to establish
park permits, but needed Council's formal
approval before they could be established.
The request was to charge all parties $15 .00;
at present park fee for alcohol permit is
only one required - rAlfundable when park
is cleaned. Director Hioco reported that
parties of 50 or more required additional
maintenance and more tables, thus felt that
the fee was justified. Discussion followed
relative to local citizens - moat members
felt they had already paid for the parks
thru the bond issue; perhaps a fee should
be set for out-of-town residents, especially
for groups of 50 or more.
