Director Rupp stated Mr. Tesone had to get to work, didn't realize that the meeting would take this long and asked if he could be excused from not attending the meeting. Slid, presentation located on the north end of Main St. a new subdivision - new house constructed on one of the lots, utilities in place to lots 1 and 2 zoning RL, plat is in order and meets all requirements of City Code and recommendation is for approval. Councilman Fauson: On the property is the applicant going to install the curb, gutter and side- walk or is the City to do this. Wurl stated City was committed to do this when City did the improvements on the intersection on Main St. Councilman Ferrera moved, Councilman Fauson seconded that Resolution #23 - Tesone Final Sub- division Plat be adopted. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrara seconded that the City Attorney's report be accepted and placed on file. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. City Administrator' s Report: Director Hioco had distributed copies of a memo to all council members relative to park permits. Wurl stated he had authority under the ordinance to establish park permits, but needed Council's formal approval before they could be established. The request was to charge all parties $15 .00; at present park fee for alcohol permit is only one required - rAlfundable when park is cleaned. Director Hioco reported that parties of 50 or more required additional maintenance and more tables, thus felt that the fee was justified. Discussion followed relative to local citizens - moat members felt they had already paid for the parks thru the bond issue; perhaps a fee should be set for out-of-town residents, especially for groups of 50 or more.
