Councilwoman Morris Commented there is no doubt how she felt on the issue and in her opinion there was no doubt that Neodata being on the Mesa will clearly impact the area. It has been shown by real estate that has been situated near the property that people have had diffi- culty selling their property. Some other people that live near the proposed project have indicated that their real estate values will be effected by the project . She realized that Neodata had attempted to mitigate the situation; however it has not been mitigated. She would certainly support the motion for declaratory judgement ; still felt Council needed to be responsive to the people that live on the Mesa that live near this project, just as Council would be responsive to any other group of homeowners that live near any other project that was to be proposed within the City, felt that Councilmembers owed that to the residents. Councilman Ferrera Felt that Neodata has made a sincere effort to minimize the impact on the Mesa. They have been working with the residents in the area; have worked with Planning Commission, City Councilmembers , and city staff. Commented chat when he came home Sunday evening at 9 :00 P.M. and from the Rock Concert in Boulder, South Boulder Road was loaded. He felt the City would have this impact from other events out- side the City; but reiterated Neodata was making every effort to minimize the impact on the City.
