REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL NOVEMBER 3, 1982 <br /> The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the <br /> Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Norbert Meier <br /> called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. M.S.T. There being present at <br /> the call of the roll the following persona : <br /> COUNCIL MEMBERS: John Leary, Michael Cussen, Susan Morris, <br /> Don Cummings, Dennis Ferrera, and Herman Fauson <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl , City Administrator <br /> Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br /> William Henson, City Treasurer <br /> John Rupp, Director of Community Development <br /> August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br /> Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br /> David Blanchard, City Engineer <br /> Sharon Caranci, Chief Accountant <br /> Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br /> APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES Mayor Meier and council approved the minutes <br /> of the regular meeting of October 19, 1982 <br /> as presented. <br /> ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera <br /> seconded that the items enclosed be accepted <br /> and brought up under the proper head of <br /> business . Question called for. A11 in favor. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL ITEMS <br /> KAREN' S COUNTRY KITCHEN Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera <br /> LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL seconded that Karen's Country Kitchen Liquor <br /> APPROVAL License be renewed. Question called for. <br /> All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> BART'S A RESTAURANT Attorney Rautenstraus advised there were <br /> LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL two items with the liquor license renewal. <br /> The first item was the approval of Robert <br /> Mannion as an owner, and if he is approved, <br /> the renewal of the license itself; also <br /> that the application was in order. <br /> APPROVAL OF ROBERT MANNION Councilman Cummings moved, Councilman Ferrera <br /> seconded that Robert Mannion be approved as <br /> co-owner of Bart' s Restaurant. Question <br /> called for. All in favor. Motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> APPROVAL OF RENEWAL Councilman Cummings moved, Councilman Fauson <br /> seconded that Bart's Restaurant Liquor License <br /> be renewed. Question called for. All in <br /> favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
