• • 410 410 <br /> REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL JANUARY 4� 1983 <br /> The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the <br /> Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Norbert Meier <br /> called the meeting to order it 7 :30 P.M. M.S.T. T':ere being present at the <br /> call of the roll the following persons : <br /> COUNCILM BERS : Herman Fauson, Dennis Ferrero, Don Cummings , <br /> Susan Morris , Michael Cussen and John Leary <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator <br /> Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br /> William Reason, City Treasurer <br /> John Rupp, Director of Community Development <br /> August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br /> Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br /> David Blanchard, City Engineer <br /> Sharon Caranci, Chief Accountant <br /> Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF THE MINUTES Mayor and Council approved the minutes of <br /> the regular meeting of December 21, 1982 and <br /> continued meeting of December 22, 1982 as <br /> presented. <br /> ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Fauson moved, Councilman Ferrera <br /> seconded that the items enclosed be accepted <br /> and brought up under the proper head of <br /> business. <br /> Councilwoman Morris Commented at our last meeting the joint access, <br /> shared parking situation was discussed between <br /> Neodata and the LDS Church. This should have <br /> been on the agenda this evening; inquired if <br /> this would be aided. <br /> Mayor Meier Advised there was a motion on the floor to <br /> accept the items enclosed and the agenda <br /> could be amended to include this item or <br /> Director Rupp be asked to give a report, under <br /> Council Items. <br /> Councilman Leary Felt it should be added if it is available. <br /> Question called for on the motion. All in <br /> favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Mayor Meier Requested Director Rupp to make a report <br /> under Council Items . <br />
