Western Empire Consts. - Pay estimate #1 Wastewater Plant <br /> Enclosed in the packet is a copy of the pay estimate as well <br /> as a memo from the Engineers recommending approval. You should <br /> know as these things come through , we are only responsble for <br /> 367, of it and the balance will come from Homart. We are recommend- <br /> ing that Council approve and authorize the payment of the estimate <br /> #1. <br /> B. Western Empire Consts . - Change Order #1 <br /> Enclosed in the packet is the information from our Engineers <br /> relating to the necessity of the change order and recommending <br /> that we authorize that and the staff recommendation is that the <br /> Council authorize and approve change order #1 . <br /> C. Wastewater Plant Fill Material <br /> In conjunction with the change order it will be necessary to <br /> purchase additional fill material , specification fill material . <br /> We are buying it separately rather than change order to the <br /> construction company in order to save the 15% added on by them. <br /> Therefore, we will just buy the material directly from Varra, <br /> Golden, or someone. <br /> D. William Dhieux, Jr. Fire Marshall - Firework' s Report <br /> Mr. Dhieux has asked that he be placed on the Agenda to discuss <br /> the fireworks report with the Council. <br /> Item 7. Items from people in attendance not appearing on the agenda. <br /> Item 8. City Attorney's Report <br /> A.
