Resolution #24 - Basden Subdivision - Final Plat . <br /> A copy of the resolution and the information relating to this <br /> is enclosed. Also, the Planning Commission approved the plat <br /> and the recommendation of both Planning Commission and staff <br /> is that the final plat of the Basden subdivision be approved. <br /> G. Resolution #25 - Santilli Subdivision - Final Plat & P .U.D . <br /> Copies of the same are enclosed along with the recommendation <br /> of the Planning Commission and city staff that the Santilli <br /> subdivision be approved. <br /> H. Resolution #26 - Pine St. Plaza - Replat & P.U.D. <br /> The information relating to this replat and P.U.D. is enclosed <br /> along with the Planning Commission' s recommendation and the <br /> city staff' s recommendation that it be approved. <br />
