City Administrator's Report <br /> A. Denver Metro Water Agreement Amendment. We are requesting <br /> that Council table the matter for another two week period. <br /> Apparently there are several changes that have been made in <br /> the agreement that is to be sent to us sometime next week <br /> for our review. <br /> B. Powder River Construction Pay Estimate #3 - Main Street Water <br /> Line. Enclosed-in the packet is a copy of the pay estimate, <br /> and recommendation from the Consulting Engineers and our Staff <br /> is that Council authorize pay estimate #3. <br /> C. Sa Bells Inc. Pay Estimate #2 - Helart and Hillsbourgh West Parks. <br /> A copy of the pay estimate is enclosed and the recommendation <br /> from Landplan Design and City Staff is that Council authorize <br /> pay estimate #2. <br /> D. Flatiron Company Award Bid - Street Overlay. A copy of the bid <br /> tabulation is enclosed in the packet. It is reco*nnendation of the <br /> City Staff that the Council award the Street Overlay Project to <br /> the low bidder, Flatiron Company. Also enclosed in the packet <br /> is an updated map and estimate with additional streets that will <br /> be overlayed .because of the increase by Council in the budgeted <br /> funds . <br /> E. Boulder County Concrete Award Bid - Concrete Replacement. <br /> Enclosed in the packet is a tabulation of the bids on the concrete <br /> replacement and the recommendation is that Council award the <br /> bid to the low bidder, Boulder County Concrete. <br /> F. City Open Space Priorities Discussion. Enclosed in the packet <br /> is a list of the cities priorities with an accompanying map. I <br /> would like to discuss this matter with Council , the City Manager <br /> of Lafayette, and myself have met on a couple of occasion now, to <br /> discuss this matter per the meeting that was held with the county <br /> as relates to the possiblity of co-operating on open space <br /> acquisition between the two cities. <br /> C. Historical Commission - Tomeo Property. A copy of the letter <br /> from the Historical Commission is enclosed, they are requesting <br /> that Council consider the acquisition of the Tomeo Property. <br /> We have had some negotiations with the representatives o the <br /> estate. They have inaicated whet they the property is <br /> worth. We recommend that Council go into executive session to <br /> 8iscuss the acquisition of the property should they be inclined <br /> to consider aquisition.
