Warembourg Annexation Referendum Petition - The City Attorney will give a report on the Referendum Petition and then whatever appropriate action Council wishes to take should be taken at this time. Item 10. City Administrator's Report A. Denver Metro Water Agreement Amendment. We are requesting that Council table the matter for another two week period. Apparently there are several changes that have been made in the agreement that is to be sent to us sometime next week for our review. B. Powder River Construction Pay Estimate #3 - Main Street Water Line. Enclosed-in the packet is a copy of the pay estimate, and recommendation from the Consulting Engineers and our Staff is that Council authorize pay estimate #3. C. Sa Bells Inc. Pay Estimate #2 - Helart and Hillsbourgh West Parks. A copy of the pay estimate is enclosed and the recommendation from Landplan Design and City Staff is that Council authorize pay estimate #2. D. Flatiron Company Award Bid - Street Overlay. A copy of the bid tabulation is enclosed in the packet. It is reco*nnendation of the City Staff that the Council award the Street Overlay Project to the low bidder, Flatiron Company. Also enclosed in the packet is an updated map and estimate with additional streets that will be overlayed .because of the increase by Council in the budgeted funds . E. Boulder County Concrete Award Bid - Concrete Replacement. Enclosed in the packet is a tabulation of the bids on the concrete replacement and the recommendation is that Council award the bid to the low bidder, Boulder County Concrete. F. City Open Space Priorities Discussion. Enclosed in the packet is a list of the cities priorities with an accompanying map. I would like to discuss this matter with Council , the City Manager of Lafayette, and myself have met on a couple of occasion now, to discuss this matter per the meeting that was held with the county as relates to the possiblity of co-operating on open space acquisition between the two cities. C. Historical Commission - Tomeo Property. A copy of the letter from the Historical Commission is enclosed, they are requesting that Council consider the acquisition of the Tomeo Property. We have had some negotiations with the representatives o the estate. They have inaicated whet they the property is worth. We recommend that Council go into executive session to 8iscuss the acquisition of the property should they be inclined to consider aquisition. In a separate memo that relates to the
