The suggested date for the Public <br /> Hearing is November 3 , 1983. <br /> B. ORDINANCE NO. 809 - First Reading . A copy of the Ordinance <br /> in enclosed in the packet . Council consideration the <br /> Ordinance reducing the fees prepared upon instruction of the <br /> Council . <br /> C. RESOLUTION NO. 35 - City Clerk authority to point election <br /> judges, is enclosed in the packet for your review. <br /> D. RESOLUTION NO. 36 - Joe C. Carnival School . At the last <br /> Council meeting, Council authorized preparation resolution <br /> No . 36 , for consideration at this meeting. <br /> E. RESOLUTION NO. 37 -Adopt the ICMA Pension Plan Amendments . A <br /> copy of the amendments is enclosed , as well as a resolution. <br /> We are requesting Council to adopt Resolution No. 37. <br /> F . RESOLUTION NO. 38 - Enclosed in the packet is Resolution No. <br /> 38, adopting the 1984 budget , of course this will be <br /> proceeded by the Public Hearing which has been advertised <br /> G . RESOLUTION NO . 39 - Levying Taxes for the year 1984. A copy <br /> of which is enclosed for your review. <br /> H . RESOLUTION NO. 40 - The Appropriations Resolution for the <br /> 1984 Budget . copies enclosed for your review. <br /> I . BOULDER COUNTY ROAD AND BRIDGE TAX WAIVER. I have enclosed <br /> in the packet a copy of their memorandum directed to the City <br /> outlining the programs they intend to accomplish with the <br /> money generated from the additional mail levy . They require <br /> by state statue to obtain a waiver from each city and that <br /> the additional road and bridge tax money will not be split <br /> with the city as required by state law. <br /> ITEM 10 . CITY ADMINISTRATORS REPORT <br /> A. COLORADO PARKS AND RECREATION ASSOCIATION POSITION STATEMENT . <br /> We ' ve been requested by the Parks and Recreation Association <br /> to sign off on their position statement which relates to the <br /> Lottery Fund . <br /> 8. LOUISVILLE POOL ADDITION . Authorize call for bids. enclosed <br /> in the packet is a copy of the plans and specifications. a <br /> memorandum estimating the cost and what the addition is for . <br /> We are requesting Council authorize this call for bids. <br /> C. KOSHER BURRITO REPORT - John Rupp will give an oral report on <br /> Kosher Burrito signs. <br /> D.
