DOWNTOWN IMPROVEMENTS - Enclosed is a copy of the preliminary ideas developed as relates to downtown improvements and other supporting information. It is our intention to invite the Planning Commission to join with Council in hearing this presen- tation by the Planning Staff. We are not requesting any action on the part of the Council at this time. It is solely an informational sesson as well as presenting a calendar that we hope can be utilized in finalizing what should happen, and when, relative to downtown Louisville. B. WESTERN EMPIRE CONSTRUCTION PAY ESTIMATE #7 - WASTEWATER PLANT - A copy of the pay estimate is enclosed as well as a memo from the Engineers recommending Council authorize the pay estimate. C. BOULDER COUNTY CONCRETE PAY ESTIMATE #1 - CONCRETE REPLACEMENT PROGRAM FOR 1983. A copy of the pay estimate is enclosed with a memo from the Engineering Staff that Council authorize pay- ment of the same. D. COLACCI'S LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL. The information relating to this is enclosed. E. OLD LOUISVILLE INN LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL - The supporting information is enclosed. F. KAREN'S COUNTRY KITCHEN LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL - This in- formation is also enclosed. G. SAFEWAY STORES INC. - CHANGE OF OFFICERS - A copy of this request is enclosed as well as all the information.
