CONSTRUCTION, INC. - HARPER LAKE DEWATERING - AWARD BID <br /> Enclosed is a memorandum from the Engineers as well as the <br /> bid tabulation on the dewatering required in conjunction <br /> with the Harper Lake project. Recommendation is that Council <br /> award the bid to the low bidder BT Construction, Inc. <br /> H. CDC DESIGNERS AND CONSTRUCTORS - OLD METAL BUILDING MUSEUM <br /> SITE - AWARD BID <br /> A copy of the proposals to disassemble and reassemble the <br /> old metal building at our City Shops location is enclosed. <br /> Recommendation is that Council award the bid to CDC. In <br /> terms of the budget for this item - we can either charge it <br /> to the downtown improvements in conjunction with the park- <br /> ing lot on the museum site or charge it to Wastewater Plant <br /> since that is where the facility will be located. Recommend- <br /> ation is that the item be charged to Wastewater Plant so that <br /> we can reserve the limited funds we have to spend on down- <br /> town improvements. <br /> I. THOMAS R. FURBER - SALE AND LEASE AGREEMENT - MARSHALL LAKE <br /> WATER <br /> Enclosed is a copy of the sale and lease agreement for your <br /> review. Recommendation is that Council authorize the Mayor <br /> and Clerk to sign the Furber Agreement. <br /> J.
