! • <br /> REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL _ SBPTEMBER19,1984 <br /> The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the <br /> Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier <br /> called the meeting to order at 7:34 P.M. and the following persons were <br /> present: <br /> COUNCILMEMBERS: Michael Cussen, John Leary, Betty Johnson <br /> Herman Fauson, Susan Morris, and Rick Luce <br /> ALSO PRESENT: John Rupp, Acting City Administrator <br /> Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br /> William Reason, City Treasurer <br /> August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br /> Ken Huson, Engineer <br /> Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services <br /> Mark Wahman, Police Lt. <br /> Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br /> ABSENT: Rod Leeman, Director of Public Safety <br /> APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA Mayor Meier moved, Councilman Fauson <br /> seconded that the Consent Agenda be approved. <br /> All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS: <br /> Patrick Fitzgerald Mr. Fitzgerald stated that he.was with Alpine <br /> 1840 Commerce St. Water Service and at the last time he <br /> Boulder, Colorado was before Council they asked that he <br /> Bulk Water Permit return after September 1st to request that <br /> his bulk water permit be put back into use <br /> again. <br /> Mayor Meier inquired of Mr. Fitzgerald if <br /> he had been receiving water from the City <br /> of Broomfield. His reply was just on two <br /> special occasions when they had jobs in <br /> Northglenn. <br /> Authorization Mayor Meier moved, Councilwoman Morris <br /> seconded that Alpine Water Service bulk <br /> water pemit be reinstated. All in favor. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> DOUBLE HAPPY RESTAURANT Councilmembers had a copy of the appli- <br /> BEER/WINE LICENSE APPLI- cation and other pertinent information. <br /> CATION - PUBLIC BARING Mayor ]Meier opened the public hearing. <br /> Attorney Rautenstraus certified proper <br /> publication of the public hearing and <br /> proper posting of the property.
