• REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE_CITY COUNCIL__ DECEMBER 18, 1984 The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor ,Meier celled the meeting to order at 7:32 P.M. and the following persons were present: COUNCIlMEMBERS, Rick Luce, Susan Morris, Hera Fauson, ;dotty Johnson, John Leary and Michael Cusses. ALSO PRESENT: Terry Sundley, City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney William Reason, City Treasurer John Rupp, Director of Community Development Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial cervices August Hioco, Director of Community Services ABSENT: Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA Mayor Meier requested that the i.st of bills be added to the Consent Agenda. Councilwoman Johnson,moved, Cou%cilwoma Morrie seconded that the Consent Agenda be approved as amended. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. APPROVAL OF THE JUGULAR AGENDA iity Administrator Hundley requested that C.•arie Order for Phase ' of the Water eat anent Plant Expansion be added as Item G. under the City Administrator's Report. Councilmembers were provided a copy of the change order from Rocky Mountain Consultants. At the request of Councilman Luce item 9F. under the General Council Items was added - South Boulder Road Signage Discussion_ Mayor Meier moved, Councilman Luce seconded the Regular Agenda be approved as amended. All in favor. MoLion carried unanimously. PUBLIC CGMMENTS None. 1985 BUILDING PERMIT Councilmembers had a copy of a memorandum ALLOCATION from City Administrator Hundley stating his recommendation, a recap of building permits issued thru December 13, 1984, 1984 thru 1968 residential building permit allocations, excerpt from the City Council minuss of 9/18/84, and copy of a letter from Rocky Mountain Consultants re: Water treatment plant addition - status report.
