THE FOLLOWING ARE THE AMENDED AND ADOPTED NINTUES TO THE LOOI3VIL1•= CITY COUNCIL IMXILLIMMUMG WOMB= 19. 1905 The City Council of the City of Louisville net in Regular Session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Mosier called the meeting to order at 7s30 p.m. and the following persons were presents Councilsmmbers: Susan Morris, John Leary, Berm Fauson, and Rick Luce Staff presents Terry Bundley, City Administrator Mich Wanush, Director of Community Development Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney Tome Pharos, Director of Public Works August Bioco, Director of Community Services Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety Also present: Pam Ferris, City Clark Absents Betty Johnson, Councilmember Mike Cussen, Councilas*ber Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of financial Services William Reason, Treasurer APPROVAL OP TER AGENDA Mayor Meier called for additions or corrections to the Agenda. Hone. Approved unanimously. APPROVAL OF CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor Meier called for items to be removed from the Consent Calendar. The minutes for the Oct. 30, 1905, meeting need to be amended to reflect the proper vote count. Should read 6-1, not 7-1. Also, the minutes for the November 7, 1905, meeting were not aysilsble. Items 5-7 and 5-I were removed from the Consent Agenda and placed under Regular Business. Mayor Meier moved that the Consent Calendar be adopted as amended. Luce seconded. Unanimous. COMSDiM?
