Mayor Maier opened the Public Bearing. ?hare briefly explained the purpose of the Ordinance. Mayor Meier asked for any Public Consent in favor of or in opposition to Ordinance #677_ Bone. Mayor Meier closed the Public Bearing and saved that Ordinance 4877 be adopted. Cussed seconded. By roll call vote, Ordinance #877 passed unanimously. ORDIPANCN #878 -- SEWER RATIO PUBLIC BEARIWC Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance #876, "1►!t Ordinance amending Chapter 13.29 of the Louisville Municipal Code concerning rates and sewer service." Mayor Meier opined the Public gearing. euuudley advised Council that the rate incrsaas was necessary for repayment of the $2.755 million dollar bond sale for use in the upgrading of the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant from .1 a gd to 2.1 a gd.
