1 LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL APRIL 15, 1986 REGULAR PORTION The City Council of the City of Louisville met in Regular Session in the Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Fauson called the meeting to order at 7230 p.a. and the following persons were present: Ccuncilmewbers: Mike Mohr, Bob Szymanski, Alan Scarpella, Steve Anderson, John Sackett, and Randy Carnival Staff present: Terry Eundloy, City Administrator Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney Tar Phase, Director of Public Works Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services ' August lioco, Director of Community Services Rich Wanush, Director of Community Development Also present: Pam Ferris, City Clerk William Beason, Treasurer Absent: Rod Leeman, Director of Public Safety APPROVAL OF AGUDA Mayor Fauson asked for additions or corrections to the Agenda. None. Mayor Fauson moved that the Agenda be approved. Mohr seconded. Unanimous. APPROVAL OF CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor Fauson asked for additions or corrections to the Consent Calendar. Anderson wanted to move Item 31 to Regular Business. However due to the placement on, and the length of, the Agenda, Anderson withdrew his request. The Consent Calendar was then unanimously approved as presented. CONSENT CALENDAR: A. Approval of Minutes B. Approval of sills C. Monthly Financial Report D. Approval of Pay Estimate 07 - Water Treatment Plant Expansion Phase II - Williams Concrete E. Approval of Liquor License Renewal and Corporate Structure Change - Track Inn F. Approval of Extended sours for Old Louisville Inn PROCLAMATION - ARBOR WEUX AND ARBOR DAY Mayor Fauson read in its entirety a proclamation proclaiming April 13-19 as Arbor Week and April 19 as Arbor Day in the City of Louisville. 1
