ORDINANCE 4891 - FIRST READING - EMISSIONS OP <br /> AIR POLLUTANTS Rautenstraus road by title only Ordinance 4891, <br /> *An Ordinance adding a section to the Louisville <br /> Municipal Code regarding emissions of air <br /> pollutants by vehicles within the City of <br /> Louisville. Suggested action is to place the <br /> ordinance out for publication and a Public Waring <br /> be set for June 3, 1986. <br /> Rautenstraus explained that the tickets now are <br /> being written over to County Court since an <br /> ordinance is not on the City's books. After <br /> adoption of this Ordinance tickets will be written <br /> to the Louisville Municipal Court and revenues <br /> will remain in the City. We are enforcing the law <br /> and should be keeping the revenues. <br /> Mayor Pauson moved that Ordinance 4891 be put out <br /> for publication and a Public Hearing be set for <br /> June 3 1986. Mohr seconded. Unanimous. <br /> ORDINANCE 4892 - FIRST READING - TRODSIL <br /> ANNEXATION REQUEST Rautenstraus read by title only Ordinance 4892, <br /> •An Ordinance annexing to the City of Louisville, <br /> Colorado, a parcel of approximately 6.49 acres <br /> located east of highway 42, in Section 9 which is <br /> owned by Robert E. and Vlasta Trousil.• Suggested <br /> action is to place the ordinance out for <br /> Publication and a Public Hearing be set for June <br /> 3, 1986. <br /> Wanush explained that Robert i Vlasta Trousil are <br /> the owners of a 6.5 acre parcel of ground <br /> currently in the County and zoned Existing Light <br /> Industrial. They have requested annexation to the <br /> City with an Industrial zoning classification. <br /> The property is located at 9669 Empire Drive, <br /> which is on Highway 442 between the City Shops and <br /> the Highway. The Planning Commission held a <br /> public hearing concerning this on April 8, 1986, <br /> and continued the hearing to April 17, 1986. The <br /> Planning Commission approved the annexation with <br /> the following conditions; 1.) all water rights <br /> should be dedicated to the City; 2) the property <br /> owner should reimburse the City for its hare of <br /> the I' water line installed by the City along <br /> Empire Road; 3) No further development be allowed <br /> on the property west of the existing building; 4) <br /> the required dedication should be .173 acres north <br /> and .173 acres south of the railroad right-of-way <br /> along State Highway 42. The remainder of the .433 <br /> acre required dedication should be adjacent to the <br /> City shops in a configuration mutually agreed upon <br /> by the applicants and Public Works Department; and <br /> $ <br />
