Mr. Gatlin stated that ha is seskieg <br /> funding from the City to bury these lines along <br /> McCaslin Blvd. Mfr. Gatlin feels this is a City <br /> issue and not • neighborhood self-serving issue <br /> because of the possible decrease in property <br /> value, Louisville's reputation as having move-up <br /> housing could be blemished. and the obstruction of <br /> the view up on the Mesa. Mr. Gatlin felt there <br /> was no attempt by the City, Public Service or the <br /> County to contact the residents regarding the <br /> installation of these powerlines. Mr. Gatlin <br /> stated that there were methods to allow for <br /> funding for installing these lines underground and <br /> that wasn't dope. Mgr. Gatlin asked that Council <br /> consider funding the project. <br /> Steve Dsiewit, 10l M.
