FIRST READING - SET PUBLIC HEARING <br /> Mead by title only, Ordnance 01034, Series <br /> 1990 , "An Ordinance amending section <br /> 5.08.030(H) of the Louisville Municipal code <br /> deleting a "Fermented Malt Liquor License" <br /> and allowing for issuance of an "Optional <br /> Premises License": and declaring an emergen- <br /> cy.m <br /> lfilliaxs stated that the current code does <br /> not allow for an "optional premises" license. <br /> All other licenses require that the alcohol <br /> be consumed within the structure and that it <br /> not be allowed outside the building. I have <br /> proposed an ordinance for issuance of an <br /> optional premises license, for a tee of <br /> $325.00 and establishing standards for issu- <br /> ance of the license. I am suggesting that <br /> these ordinance be passed as emergency ordi- <br /> nances.
