Both thanked the Mayor and Council.
MAYORAL APPOINTMENT - LOUISVILLE/LAFAYETTE DOWNTOWN
REVITALIZATION BOARD (1 VACANCY - 1 YEAR TERM) , AND RECYCLING
BOARD (2 VACANCIES - 4 YEARS)
Mayor Fauson appointed Ricky Pickett to the Downtown
Revitalization Board and appointed Stephen Garretson and Patricia
Seader to the Recycling Board.
CONTINUING DISCUSSION OF INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENTS ON
NORTHWEST PARKWAY AND RELATED MATTERS
Phare reported what has been reviewed by the Technical Committee.
See Attachment "A".
Griffiths: There have been two meetings to date, among
elected officials and attorneys for the
cities of Broomfield, Lafayette, Louisville,
Boulder and Superior and Boulder County.
Councilmember Hornbostel, Councilmember
Davidson and myself have attended both meet-
ings that have been held for the cities. There has been proposed an annexa-
tion agreement between Louisville and Lafay-
ette. There has been
another issue discussed and that's some
2
