..1..
with or without those two cities and I am against
breaking up the agreement as suggested by the City
of Boulder. It is a total package.
Davidson: I agree with Councilman Sackett with one
exception. If the City of Boulder doesn't sign the
agreement then it is probably a dead agreement
anyway. I don't think it's acceptable that the
City of Boulder bring in, at the last minute,
amendments to the agreement.
Hornbostel: At this point we don't have anything in there that
deals with Superior. We do have to have Lafayette
and Broomfield sign the agreement.
Howard: Asked Hornbostel is she felt that the concerns of
people who live along Dillon Road have been
addressed?
Hornbostel: As far as Louisville is concerned, I think we have
addressed it as much as we can. We had basically
gone in and tried to commit to a certain corridor.
I think this is something that I have done as much
as I possibly could.
Howard: What can we give to the people that live on Dillon
Road? Does the community have input to the
Engineering sessions?
Hornbostel: Everything we do is in a public meeting. I would
think that they would.
Davidson: I have one concern on page 22, at the last meeting
that we had with Broomfield, Boulder and Boulder
County, the alignment as it ran along Dillon Road
and 96th street at that time was agreed to be a
corridor in between 96th Street, Dillon Road and
Rock Creek. I noticed they have changed that to
96th Street, Dillon Road and Rock Creek Farm. I
think that is a big difference. I think the word
"Farm" should be taken out. They agreed at that
meeting it would be Rock Creek.
Brand: Karen Cumbo, Town Manager for Superior, called
today and asked me to relay one bit of information
to you. The open space on the map includes land
that has already been annexed by Superior and it's
Superiors' position that the map will have to be
amended.
Mayor Fauson opened the public hearing at this time.
Ken Hoyle, 10101 Dillon Road
Hoyle: There are a couple of things that I would like to
7
