All in favor. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1043, SERIES 1991 - CREATION OF A SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT <br />DISTRICT BY THE CITY OF BROOMFIELD, COLORADO; AUTHORIZING THE <br />INCLUSION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, <br />COLORADO - 2ND READING - PUBLIC HEARING <br />Griffiths read by title only Ordinance No. 1043, Series 1991, "An <br />Ordinance concerning the creation of a Special Improvement District <br />by the City of Broomfield, Colorado; authorizing the inclusion of <br />certain property located in the City of Louisville, Colorado within <br />such district; approving the construction of certain street <br />improvements within such district; and providing for other matters <br />related thereto." <br />Mayor Fauson opened the public hearing. Certification was <br />established. <br />Griffiths: The amendment that has been proposed to the <br /> ordinance is to delete Section 4 as it was <br /> passed on 1st Reading and substitute the <br /> Section 4 which appears on Council's <br /> memorandum. This does make it an emergency <br /> ordinance and would make it effective upon <br /> adoption tonight, if it is approved by three- <br /> fourths of the members of the Council and <br /> signed by the Mayor tonight. The reason for <br /> the emergency it set forth in Section 4. <br />Mayor Fauson called for public comments.
