All in Favor. <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br />APPROVAL OF BILLS <br />REQUEST FOR $250.00 CONTRIBUTION FOR CENTAURUS FOOTBALL <br />TROPHIES <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />NONE <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br />PROCLAMATION - MONTH OF JANUARY, 1992 - LOUISVILLE CRIME <br />STOPPER MONTH <br />Mayor Fauson proclaimed the Month of January, 1992 as Louisville Crime Stopper Month. <br />Proclamation was accepted by Crime Stoppers of Colorado. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25, 26, & 27, SERIES 1991 - IN RECOGNITION OF <br />MARY ANN POLLOCK, NANCY WESTERGAARD AND PAT MARINELLI <br />Mayor Fauson read resolutions in recognition of the contributions made by Mary Ann <br />Pollock to the Planning Commission, Nancy Westergaard and Pat Marinelli to the Arts and <br />Humanities Council. <br />The recipients of the resolution were unable to attend. Mayor Fauson requested that the <br />resolutions be mailed to each of the recipients. <br />PRESENTATION: RECOMMENDATIONS OF DOWNTOWN TASK FORCE <br />- KIP ORAM & CLAIR BECKMANN, CO-CHAIRS; TOM HALE, PROJECT <br />COORDINATOR; DEANNA BUTTERBAUGH, ENGINEER <br />Kip Oram, Co-Chairperson, gave a brief history of what has happened with downtown <br />improvements to date and how the current downtown committee was formed and their <br />recommendations to Council for downtown improvements. <br />Oram: Downtown redevelopment in Louisville has been the <br /> subject of various studies, committees, City Council <br /> debates and community group meetings since at least <br /> 1973. In that year a planning firm proposed that three <br /> blocks of Main Street be turned into a pedestrian mall. <br /> 2 <br />
