PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br /> COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br /> AGENDA <br /> <br />Sisk stated that Centrobe has started construction on their new project and has been starting their <br />bulldozers at 6 a.m. He has contacted Centrobe; they apologized and agreed to delay starting the <br />equipment until 7 a.m. <br /> <br /> AWARD BID - COMPUTER REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />Howard stated that he has not had an opportunity to discuss this with Mayor Davidson and moved <br />that Council table this item until the next City Council Meeting on November 17, 1998, seconded <br />by Levihn. All in favor. <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION No. 54, SERIES 1998 - RECALL OF A SPECIAL REVIEW USE AND <br /> PUD FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR ST. LOUIS CATHOLIC CHURCH AND <br /> SCHOOL - 901 GRANT AVENUE <br /> <br />Davidson stated that he was unfamiliar with a recall of a special review use and requested <br />clarification from the City Attorney. <br /> <br />Sam Light~ City Attorney, explained that under the City's PUD ordinances, in the event of <br />noncompliance with the conditions of the PUD or any agreements related to the PUD, the Planning <br />Commission or the City Council can call up that prior approval. If there are issues of noncompliance, <br />they can modify the previous PUD. He stated that this is both a Special Review Use and a Planned <br />Unit Development (PUD) so it can be recalled both as a PUD and as a Special Review Use. <br /> <br />Davidson inquired what the noncompliance issues would be. <br /> <br />Light replied the issues of noncompliance are generally related to parking and traffic issues and <br />potential noncompliance issues related to trash and noise. <br /> <br />Davidson called for staff presentation. <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that there are two Special Review Uses for St. Louis Catholic <br />Church & School and requested to combine his comments for both items. <br /> <br />Davidson agreed. <br /> <br /> <br />
