PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA NONE COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA Sisk stated that Centrobe has started construction on their new project and has been starting their bulldozers at 6 a.m. He has contacted Centrobe; they apologized and agreed to delay starting the equipment until 7 a.m. AWARD BID - COMPUTER REPLACEMENT PROJECT Howard stated that he has not had an opportunity to discuss this with Mayor Davidson and moved that Council table this item until the next City Council Meeting on November 17, 1998, seconded by Levihn. All in favor. RESOLUTION No. 54, SERIES 1998 - RECALL OF A SPECIAL REVIEW USE AND PUD FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR ST. LOUIS CATHOLIC CHURCH AND SCHOOL - 901 GRANT AVENUE Davidson stated that he was unfamiliar with a recall of a special review use and requested clarification from the City Attorney. Sam Light~ City Attorney, explained that under the City's PUD ordinances, in the event of noncompliance with the conditions of the PUD or any agreements related to the PUD, the Planning Commission or the City Council can call up that prior approval. If there are issues of noncompliance, they can modify the previous PUD. He stated that this is both a Special Review Use and a Planned Unit Development (PUD) so it can be recalled both as a PUD and as a Special Review Use. Davidson inquired what the noncompliance issues would be. Light replied the issues of noncompliance are generally related to parking and traffic issues and potential noncompliance issues related to trash and noise. Davidson called for staff presentation. Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that there are two Special Review Uses for St. Louis Catholic Church & School and requested to combine his comments for both items. Davidson agreed.
