11/29/2081 01:31P Boulder County Clerk, CO ACE F~ 0.00 D 0.00 EXHIBIT A (Continued) Together with the Following Described Water Rights (the Parcel I Water Rights): (1) One hundred (100) shares of the Goodhue Ditch and Reservoir Co. represented by Stock Certificate No. 377; (2) Six (6) shares of the capital stock of the Farmers Reservoir and Irrigation Company a/k/a Farmers Lake (Marshall Lake Reservoir Division) represented by Stock Certificate Nos. 5656 and/or 6690; (3) The well and water rights associated with the Warembourg %1 Well bearing Colorado Division of Water Resources Permit No. 74099 and located in the NWl/4SE1/4, Section 17, TiS, R69W, 6th P.M., including any and all augmentation plans or contract rights concerning augmentation of this well; (4) Ail other vested or inchoate rights and interests in surface and subsurface water, if any, attached to Parcel 1 and owned by Grantor; and (5) Ail irrigation ditches, ponds, laterals or shares in lateral companies, diversion boxes, and similar irrigation structures located on Parcel 1, subject to the Rights of Warembourg Colorado Ranches, LLC ("Warembourg"), as set forth in the Purchase Agreement and Grant of Reciprocal Easements and Agreement executed pursuant thereto, to use such facilities in common with the City and County; and all ditches and ditch rights, lateral rights or shares in lateral companies, easements, and any other rights of Grantor in ditches, diversion boxes, or other water conveyance structures not located on Parcel 1 but used to convey water yielded by the Parcel 1 Water Rights to Parcel 1, subject to Warembourg's rights, as set forth in the Purchase Agreement and Grant of Reciprocal Easements and Agreement executed pursuant thereto, to use such facilities in common with the City and County. And Together With the Following Described Water Rights: (1) (2 Three (3) shares of the capital stock of the Farmers Reservoir and Irrigation Company a/k/a Farmers Lake (Marshall Lake Reservoir Division); Four (4) shares of the South Boulder and Coal Creek Irrigating Ditch Company; Four (4) shares of the South Boulder and Coal Creek 1st Extension Ditch Company.
