11/29/2081 01:31P <br />Boulder County Clerk, CO ACE F~ 0.00 D 0.00 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A (Continued) <br /> <br />Together with the Following Described <br />Water Rights (the Parcel I Water Rights): <br /> <br />(1) One hundred (100) shares of the Goodhue Ditch and <br />Reservoir Co. represented by Stock Certificate No. 377; <br />(2) Six (6) shares of the capital stock of the Farmers <br />Reservoir and Irrigation Company a/k/a Farmers Lake <br />(Marshall Lake Reservoir Division) represented by Stock <br />Certificate Nos. 5656 and/or 6690; <br />(3) The well and water rights associated with the <br /> Warembourg %1 Well bearing Colorado Division of Water <br /> Resources Permit No. 74099 and located in the <br /> NWl/4SE1/4, Section 17, TiS, R69W, 6th P.M., including <br /> any and all augmentation plans or contract rights <br /> concerning augmentation of this well; <br />(4) Ail other vested or inchoate rights and interests in <br /> surface and subsurface water, if any, attached to <br /> Parcel 1 and owned by Grantor; and <br />(5) Ail irrigation ditches, ponds, laterals or shares in <br /> lateral companies, diversion boxes, and similar <br /> irrigation structures located on Parcel 1, subject to <br /> the Rights of Warembourg Colorado Ranches, LLC <br /> ("Warembourg"), as set forth in the Purchase Agreement <br /> and Grant of Reciprocal Easements and Agreement <br /> executed pursuant thereto, to use such facilities in <br /> common with the City and County; and all ditches and <br /> ditch rights, lateral rights or shares in lateral <br /> companies, easements, and any other rights of Grantor <br /> in ditches, diversion boxes, or other water conveyance <br /> structures not located on Parcel 1 but used to convey <br /> water yielded by the Parcel 1 Water Rights to Parcel 1, <br /> subject to Warembourg's rights, as set forth in the <br /> Purchase Agreement and Grant of Reciprocal Easements <br /> and Agreement executed pursuant thereto, to use such <br /> facilities in common with the City and County. <br /> <br />And Together With the Following Described <br />Water Rights: <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />(2 <br /> <br />Three (3) shares of the capital stock of the Farmers <br />Reservoir and Irrigation Company a/k/a Farmers Lake <br />(Marshall Lake Reservoir Division); <br />Four (4) shares of the South Boulder and Coal Creek <br />Irrigating Ditch Company; <br />Four (4) shares of the South Boulder and Coal Creek 1st <br />Extension Ditch Company. <br /> <br /> <br />
