Condemnation. If the Property is taken in whole or in part by exercise of <br />eminent domain or other legal proceedings, or if the Conservation Easement, as amended, <br />is otherwise terminated by legal proceedings or otherwise, the Board shall be entitled to <br />receive eleven percent ( 11% ) of the net proceeds of condemnation or sale of the <br />Property. <br /> <br /> 8. Permitted Exceptions. This Amendment is subject to those easements, <br />covenants and conditions attached hereto as 'Exhibit B and incorporated herein by this <br />reference. <br /> <br /> · 9. Notices.
