This report <br />can be located on the City’s website at www.louisvilleco.gov. <br />The Finance Director updated the Committee on utility billing issues resulting <br />from the meter change out program. <br />FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE PERIOD ENDED JUNE 30, 2010 <br />The Finance Director presented Financial Statements for the period ending June <br />30, 2010. The statements for the City’s five main operational funds and <br />corresponding narrative can be located on the City’s website at <br />www.louisvilleco.gov. <br />CASH & INVESTMENTS REPORT AS OF JUNE 30, 2010 <br />The Finance Director presented the Schedule of Cash & Investments as of June <br />30, 2010. The schedule and corresponding narrative can be located on the <br />City’s website at www.louisvilleco.gov. <br />LIST OF BILLS <br />The Committee reviewed the List of Bills scheduled for approval at the July 20, <br />2010 Council Meeting. The list can be located on the City’s website at <br />www.louisvilleco.gov. <br />The Committee requested the City Manager encourage purchase of merchandise <br />and sourcing of services from Louisville businesses. <br />DISCUSSION ITEMS FOR THE NEXT MEETING & MEETING SCHEDULE <br />The next meeting is set for Monday, August 16, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. in the City <br />Manager’s Office. Discussion items currently scheduled for that meeting are: <br /> Presentation by Eide Bailly of 2009 Financial Statements and Management <br />Letter <br /> Sales Tax Reports for the Period Ended June 30, 2010. <br /> Revenue Trend Dashboard – August 12, 2010 Projections <br /> Financial Statements for the Period Ended July 31, 2010. <br /> Cash and Investment Report as of July 31, 2010. <br />ADJOURN <br />The meeting was adjourned at 5:05 p.m. <br />ì <br /> <br />
