DRAFT CITY OF LOUISVILLE ORDINANCE <br />to the City on the same basis on which it pays consumption -based gas and/or electric <br />franchise fees to any other Colorado municipality, as selected by the City. <br />§3.9 Share of Joint Use Payments. Within ninety days following the close of each year, the <br />Company shall pay the City a sum equal to three per cent (3 %) of all revenues received <br />from others for the placement of wires or other equipment on Company distribution poles <br />and distribution conduit located in the City Streets. <br />ARTICLE 4 <br />SUPPLY, CONSTRUCTION AND DESIGN <br />§4.1 Status Reports Concerning Interruptions.
