Resolution No. 24, Series 2010 A Resolution Recognizing Edith Guenzi <br /> for Her Lifelong Devotion to the City of Louisville <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> Alan Sobel, 1408 Kennedy, Louisville, CO continued his filibuster regarding Comcast <br /> Cable Television. He felt the City protects Comcast from citizen complaints. He read a <br /> section of Ordinance No 1489, Series 2006 <br /> COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br /> AGENDA <br /> Mayor Pro Tem Marsella reported at the DRCOG Annual Award Dinner held on April 26, <br /> Mayor Sisk and Deputy City Manager Balser won a collaboration award for their work <br /> with the Mayors and Commissioners Coalition on the US 36 project. Deputy City <br /> Manager Balser received an individual award for her work on transportation for the City <br /> of Louisville, the Corridor and the entire region. <br /> CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br /> City Manager Fleming updated City Council on the following: <br /> Today strong winds broke the large west facing windows at the Recreation <br /> Center. There were no injuries and cleanup and repairs are in progress. <br /> Staff is considering Liquor License Agreements to allow Main Street restaurants <br /> to serve alcohol at sidewalk tables. The City will be stipulating local rules and the <br /> State will require an additional permit and fee. <br /> REGULAR BUSINESS <br />
