Approval of Resolution No. 30, Series 2010 A Resolution Approving A <br /> Month -to -Month Lease Agreement for the Lease of Lot 6, Block 4, Town <br /> of Louisville <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br /> Alan Sobel, 1408 Kennedy, Louisville, CO felt the City of Louisville protects Comcast <br /> Cable Television from citizen complaints. He stated the City never informed Louisville <br /> residents of the Cable Customers Bills of Rights. He reported the GMTC Cable <br /> Television Regulatory Authority will be dissolved and become a non profit organization. <br /> He continued his filibuster against Comcast Cable Television by reading a section of <br /> Ordinance No 1489, Series 2006. <br /> Councilor Muckle arrived at the meeting at 7:10 p.m. <br /> COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br /> AGENDA <br /> Mayor Sisk reported the Consent Agenda included the approval of Resolution No. 34, <br /> Series 2010, which is a month -to -month lease agreement for a small organic grocery <br /> store adjacent to the Post Office site. He also reported on discussion relative to the City <br /> of Louisville cancelling the 2010 4 of July Fireworks. He explained the event was <br /> cancelled due to budget constraints, but it was his hope the fireworks would be re- <br /> established in 2011. <br /> CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br /> City Manager Fleming reported on the following: <br />
