City Council <br />Study Session Summary <br />September 14, 2010 <br />Page 4 of 4 <br />area and the area between Highway 42 and the BNSF railway tracks. The <br />drainage improvements identified as a result of this plan within the City of <br />Louisville will require 50% funding by the City and the other 50% funding from <br />Urban Drainage. The plan that is being proposed will require drainage <br />improvements across the Harney Lastoka Open Space property. The Harney <br />Lastoka Management Team made up of Boulder County, Lafayette and Louisville <br />have reviewed the selected plan. <br />City Manager Items and Future Agenda Items <br />The Council Advanced Agenda was reviewed. Tom Phare, Director of Public <br />Works, gave an update/status on solar power. The Solar Power Update is <br />th <br />scheduled for the October 5 City Council Meeting. <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:00 p.m. – Next Meeting, October 12, 2010 <br />
