<br />Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />JUNE 22 2006 <br />Page 6 of 6 <br /> <br />Wood stated that the Chief Building Official had contacted other jurisdictions and found none <br />that have regulations regarding the residential production of the product. He did state that the <br />Fire Marshall should be able to provide additional direction if the Commission decided they <br />needed it. <br /> <br />~ Public Hearing on the adoption of the Urban Renewal Plan <br /> <br />Wood reviewed the memo from William Simmons, City Manager, regarding the Urban Renewal <br />Plan that each Commissioner had received. He stated that the recommendation for adoption of <br />the Urban Renewal Plan will be an agenda item for the July 13,2006 Commission public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />McA vinew moved and Dalton seconded a motion to enter the memo into public record. Motion <br />passed by voice vote. <br /> <br />Planning Commission Comments <br />No additional comments. <br /> <br />Discussion Items for Next Meeting <br />No additional discussion items. <br /> <br />Adjournment - Dalton moved and Hartman seconded a motion to adjourn. Pritchard adjourned <br />the meeting at 8:20 PM. <br />
