There were no comments in opposition to the application. There was no additional member discussion. Crowe noted that the applicant was of good moral character, there is a desire for the license to be granted and that all City and State law requirements have been met. Based on those findings, Crowe moved that the application for a Tavern Liquor License be approved with the condition that the certificate of occupancy be obtained prior to the liquor license being released. The motion was seconded by Carlson. Roll call vote was unanimous in favor. C. Public Hearing: New Application — Center Table Restaurant Group, LLC d/b/a John's Table Kitchen and Bar — Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License — 1700 Dogwood Street The Public Hearing was opened by Kaufman. The Secretary stated the application was complete, the premises was posted, notice published as required and no comments were received. Background reports were conducted as required. There were no reasons to deny the application. There were no authority member disclosures and the members agreed that the boundaries of the neighborhood are the current city boundaries. Kaufman moved the entire application be made part of the record of the hearing; Carlson seconded. All in favor. The applicant, Alex Gianopoulos, was sworn in by the Secretary and gave testimony on the application for a Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License. An email in support of the application was received and provided to the Authority members. There were no comments in opposition to the application. There was no additional member discussion. Lipton noted that the applicant was of good moral character, there is a desire for the license to be granted and that all City and State law requirements have been met. Based on those findings, Lipton moved that the application for a Hotel & Restaurant Liquor License be approved with the condition that the Brew Pub license be surrendered. The motion was seconded by Carlson. Roll call vote was unanimous for approval.
